As in every field of our everyday life, the technology has made its entrance into the world of books. Indeed, we notice now the appearance of a new form of books, the electronic ones. It is a digital version encompassed in an electronic device that allows you to carry more than 160 books at the same time.
The future of paper books is seriously endangered by those novelties since people look now for a more practical way of life and this device is highly simplifiying the process of reading. However, the real lovers of books that see more in a book an object carrying an emotional meaning won't love this new form of it that is impersonal. Paper books are the ones that move from a hand to another, conveying the smell and the impression of its previous readers and this is something impossible to obtain with an electronic book. At my point, everything that is not anymore in its original form looses its charms. Keeping a traditional side in our lives does not mean being outdated, but on the contrary putting a healthy barrier to the invasion of technology.

Appreciate your point, but welcome the electronic book because it removes storage problems at a stroke.
Plus, maybe people buy more books as they are encouraged to read on line?

Your introduction is fine and the conclusion is very debatable.
